CONNECTED PROGRAMS

How games, member rewards
and venue screens can work together.

A prize from one product can give a member something to use in another. For example, a scheduled Tornado tournament can award play credit and a chance to play Bingo-Opoly®. BOB has its own choices for rewards and Bingo-Opoly prizes. Displays can also show selected games and advertising on the same screen. Each connection is an option chosen for the installation.

SELECTED COMBINATIONS

Examples of product combinations

Tornado + Bingo-Opoly® + venue screens

A scheduled Tornado tournament can award a member reward with a Bingo-Opoly chance attached. When the member plays that chance, a venue TV shows the Bingo-Opoly play so others in the room can follow along.

When no Bingo-Opoly chance is being shown, the same screen can run ads, sponsor messages and venue announcements. This connects tournament prizes, Bingo-Opoly play and advertising on one shared display.

An existing event + Bingo-Opoly

An event, such as an eligible bingo win or door prize, gives the player a chance to play Bingo-Opoly. The player picks numbers to uncover properties and can win prizes. Registered members may acquire properties and receive rent from later play. A venue screen can show the action and selected ads.

BOB + the venue screen

The display presents the scheduled event while members play on their phones. Configure the prizes and screen messages for that experience, with advertising or connected rewards where selected.

ANOTHER CONNECTION: TORNADO TOURNAMENTS + BINGO-OPOLY

A tournament can award a member benefit and a Bingo-Opoly chance

01 / SCHEDULE

A Tornado tournament

Gamut schedules the supported online event. Separate place-award settings select the member reward and optional Bingo-Opoly board.

02 / FINISH

The member earns a place

When the scheduled tournament closes, its result determines the applicable finishing-place award.

03 / RECEIVE BOTH

Member reward + chance

The member receives the configured reward and a separate chance on the selected Bingo-Opoly board.

04 / CONTINUE

Use each benefit

Use the member reward under its redemption rules. Play the Bingo-Opoly chance under the board’s rules, without first redeeming that reward.

This sequence describes a configured scheduled tournament award. Ordinary member rewards do not automatically include a Bingo-Opoly chance.

TORNADO TO BINGO-OPOLY

A Tornado winning pattern can award a Bingo-Opoly chance

In a supported Tornado prize setup, an eligible pattern can issue a Bingo-Opoly chance. The denomination is linked to a board, the pattern defines the trigger, and the system records the Bingo-Opoly chance awarded by that play.

The Bingo-Opoly chance is an award in its own right, with its own play and prize rules. It should not be described as a guaranteed cash payment or automatically added on top of a normal cash prize. The selected prize table determines what the qualifying pattern awards.

Original Tornado has the fullest integrated board flow in the reviewed game family. The intended game and client setup should be demonstrated together; sharing Tornado branding does not make every title’s integration identical.

TOURNAMENTS & MEMBER REWARDS

Pair a tournament reward with a chance to play Bingo-Opoly

A supported scheduled online tournament can associate a finishing place with a member reward and a selected Bingo-Opoly board. At the close, the system assigns the reward and separately creates the member’s chance. The chance is part of that place award; it is not a benefit the player must unlock by redeeming the member reward.

The member reward supplies one destination: eligible Tornado credit, online quantities or an item redeemed by staff. The Bingo-Opoly chance supplies another: participation in the selected property, rent and prize program. An operator can therefore build a finishing-place award with two useful next steps.

Gamut’s Game Schedules provides the Tornado event’s timing and recurrence, while the tournament’s separate prize selections establish the reward and board for each place. Those prize selections are recorded when the event opens. The selected board’s rules govern the chance; the member reward retains its own dates, location eligibility and instructions.

Places can receive a reward without a chance, and consolation rewards are another option. The combined award is a deliberate tournament configuration, rather than a feature automatically attached to every welcome, milestone or staff-issued reward.

THE SEPARATE RENT CONNECTION

Bingo-Opoly rent can be assigned as a member reward

Bingo-Opoly ownership gives a member an interest in later activity on their properties. In a supported Tornado-linked setup with a rent reward configured, a qualifying rent event can assign that reward to the property owner’s member account.

The local Tornado path uses the rent value for the assigned reward amount; eligible redemption can turn it into Tornado coupon credit. The online path uses the rent value to assign Storm Opal entries. These are separate program configurations. Other Bingo-Opoly arrangements maintain a location-specific amount due and collection process instead.

This rent connection is independent of the scheduled tournament’s paired award. The member need not receive rent to get the reward and chance already earned by their tournament finish. If subsequent eligible Bingo-Opoly activity produces rent, the configured rent rules determine that additional benefit.

THE MEMBER VIEW

What members can see in their accounts

The member experience can bring together rewards, owned Bingo-Opoly chances, Bingo-Opoly amounts due by location and BOB prize history. Available and upcoming reward dates help distinguish what can be used now from an offer that opens later.

Bingo-Opoly and BOB schedules help members plan an eligible visit. Tornado tournament screens present their own timing and standings. Configured SMS and email reminders can point to actual rewards and rent activity.

Shared membership does not make every balance interchangeable or every game available remotely. The benefit stays tied to the participating location, product and rules that created it.

THE VENUE DISPLAY

Show games and advertising on a shared screen

Bingo-Opoly chances can become a shared event on the venue screen, with property owners following the action. BOB uses that display for its scheduled show, official calls and winner presentation. BOB takes priority on a shared screen, and Bingo-Opoly spectator presentation is suppressed while the BOB event is active.

Advertising and sponsorship can use supported full-screen, banner or side-panel placements. Campaign planning, creative approval and delivery reporting help operators organize the commercial side of that display.

Delivery reports describe recorded screen activity such as confirmed plays or airtime. They do not by themselves measure how many people watched an ad.
