BOBLIVE BINGO

Bring the room together
for live bingo.

An animated host on your venue screen. Bingo cards on your customers’ phones. Everyone following the same scheduled game, with prizes to play for.

Eligible members join for free at participating locations. Their six cards mark the official calls automatically; when a card completes the required pattern, the player presses Claim.

FROM EVERYDAY SCREEN TO GAME NIGHT

Watch the venue
become part of the game.

Your screen can carry local advertising during the day, then introduce the host for a scheduled bingo event. Customers join on their phones, follow the calls together and watch the winner acknowledgment on the shared display.

BEFORE THE GAME

A useful screen throughout the day

Rotate venue messages and local advertising, then let the scheduled presentation bring attention back to the screen.

WHEN PLAY BEGINS

A shared reason to look up

The host, official calls and winner presentation give the room a common event while each player follows their own cards.

Promotional people and venue scenes are illustrative, with genuine recorded software screens. Displayed amounts are examples, not current prize offers.

A HOST WITH A PERSONALITY

Meet BOB.
Meet Luna.

The host welcomes the room, presents official calls and acknowledges valid bingos. BOB brings a robot’s dry humor; Luna brings the theatrical personality of the Bingo Ballerina. Explore the recorded host previews and hear their original voices.

BOB

A little robot humor.
A clearly called game.

The smiling robot at the desk gives BOB its recognizable character. Spoken welcomes and remarks sit alongside the callboard, number presentation and game information.

“Welcome. Bring your curiosity.
Mine came preinstalled.”

Your demonstration confirms the supported host package, stage, equipment and rollout for your location. Preview imagery does not imply every host or stage is available in every installation.

THE PLAYER’S SIDE OF THE GAME

The cards are on the phone.
The occasion is in the room.

BOB brings the scheduled game into the member experience. Players join through their eligible location, receive their cards and follow the same official calls as the venue display.

  1. 01

Sign in at a participating location

The member enters through the location-based member experience and sees the next eligible schedule. Current BOB play starts with free enrollment; it does not sell bingo cards.

  2. 02

Keep six cards throughout the schedule

Each enrolled player receives six bingo cards, also called faces. The same faces remain through that schedule, with their marks cleared between games.

  3. 03

Let the cards mark, then make the claim

Cards automatically mark official calls. When a face qualifies for the required pattern, the player must press Claim in time. Automatic marking does not claim bingo for them.

  4. 04

    Receive a verified result

The first valid claim holds further calls while other eligible players have an opportunity to claim on that same last call. Confirmed winners receive the game’s configured award.

If a player arrives late

A game closes to new entrants after its first official ball. A late arrival can join remaining eligible games in the schedule.

If a phone reconnects

Refreshing or reconnecting restores existing enrollment and cards. The marks catch up; an expired claim opportunity does not reopen.

If a player leaves the location

Participation and claims remain tied to the eligible location. Remote member-account access is a separate service, not permission to play BOB from home.

ONE GAME. ONE CONFIGURED PRIZE.

A shared game can
reach beyond one room.

Enabled locations can participate in the same scheduled game. Its prize is shared across the participating players and locations; it is not a separate copy of the advertised prize at every venue.

THE RESULTConfirmed winning players

Awards follow the selected prize’s rules.

01

Cash prizes

The shared cash prize is divided equally among unique confirmed winners. The current calculation rounds each share up to a whole dollar. The winner’s enrolled location handles its authorized cash-payment workflow.

02

Bingo-Opoly® chances

Each confirmed winner receives a separate chance. The shared funding commitment is divided among winners and rounded up to whole dollars. That commitment funds play; it is not a guaranteed cash payout.

03

Items & member rewards

Whole item and member-reward prizes are issued per confirmed winner. A meal or an issued reward is not divided into fractions when several people win.

How claims, tied winners and fulfillment work

A winning pattern must include the last official called ball. A claim must be accepted before the next ball becomes official, unless a valid claim has already held the game for the verification window. Only one good bingo counts per player per game, even if several of that player’s faces qualify.

Only claimed, validated winners receive awards and enter the prize division. A missed opportunity is recorded for review rather than silently awarded. Catching up after a connection interruption does not revive it.

The award record and fulfillment status support the handoff to staff. A tailored demo should show a valid claim, tied-winner handling, the member’s prize status and the staff process for the selected prize.

BUILD YOUR GAME-NIGHT PROGRAM

Set the schedule.
Choose what surrounds it.

Start with your location, audience and events. Select participating locations, scheduled games, prize types and the supported host presentation. Then decide how the venue screen and member tools fit into the experience.

THE PROGRAM

Schedules, games & locations

Plan recurring schedules, the games and patterns they contain, and the enabled locations that participate. Members see availability for their selected location and the next game they can join.

THE PRESENTATION

Host, screen & sound

Choose RNG calling or live ball calling with a real live caller. In either setup, the virtual host announces the numbers on screen, alongside the callboard, pattern, prize and winner information. Confirm the supported host package, screen layout, audio and connectivity for the actual installation.

THE OPERATION

Announcements & staff controls

Operator controls and announcements support the scheduled event. Staff still have responsibilities for the venue, customer assistance, program rules and prize fulfillment.

THE SCREEN BETWEEN GAMES

Advertising & sponsorship

Use full-screen advertising outside gameplay, with supported banner and side-panel placements during selected game presentations. Advertising placement and the game program are choices to configure together.

“Free” describes the current player-entry model, not the venue’s service cost. Entry conditions, prizes, participating locations and linked promotions still determine the program review.

CHOOSE THE CONNECTIONS THAT FIT

Make BOB part of
your own combination.

BOB can be the scheduled event you offer at a location. Tornado and Bingo-Opoly® are optional connections, with their own experiences and rules. You do not need to offer every product to build a useful program.

Bingo-Opoly

A new chance after a bingo win

Choose a Bingo-Opoly chance as a game prize. After the BOB award is finalized, the supported issuance process creates the winner’s chance on the board associated with their enrolled playing location.

Chance issuance can be automatic where configured or handled by staff. The chance then follows Bingo-Opoly’s matching, property, rent and prize rules.

MEMBER REWARDS

An award that follows the member

A configured member-reward prize gives each confirmed winner one whole issued reward. Its usage rules determine whether it provides an eligible Tornado benefit, online quantities or an item redeemed by authorized staff.

Awarding a reward and redeeming it are separate actions. The demo should show the precise benefit and redemption process you want to offer.

DISPLAYS & ADVERTISING

A screen with more than one role

The shared display can support advertisements, venue messaging and game presentations. BOB takes priority during an active event when it shares the screen with Bingo-Opoly.

Bingo-Opoly spectator presentations are suppressed during that BOB event; the system does not hold them for a later replay.

A FEW USEFUL DISTINCTIONS

What “live” means here.

How are the bingo numbers called?

BOB supports two ways to call a shared, scheduled game. In both, the virtual host on the venue screen announces the bingo numbers.

RNG calling: A random number generator selects the numbers, and the virtual host announces them. This path does not require a real live caller.

Live ball calling: A real live caller calls the bingo numbers for the game. The virtual host on screen announces those same numbers to the players.

Can people participate on a tablet?

The member experience runs in a browser. Phones are shown in the current recorded player demonstration; compatible tablet and device arrangements can be checked in your location’s demo along with location access, card readability and claiming.

How do we get BOB set up at our venue?

We’ll help you choose a virtual host, schedule your games and select prizes. During your demo, we’ll review your screen, sound and internet connection, show how members join a game, and explain how your staff help players and handle prizes.
